This is a big one. Housed in the beautiful Cobo/TCF Center in downtown Detroit, Autorama is spread out on the main floor, while Autorama Extreme is in the lower level.
Speedcult will be hauling it’s heavy metal and setting up to vend at Beatersville this year. This one is a pre-1968 traditional car and bike show. It’s also a one and done show, which takes place on the Sunday before Memorial Day. Of course, this is a long weekend that makes it perfect to take a little road trip to see some cool, cool rides and visit us in the process.

Okay all of you hot rodders. The next show that Speedcult is planning to be selling at is the Panty Raid, which is put on by the Piston Jammers. That is, unless, you-know-who cancels it.
There aren’t a lot of opportunities to enjoy some cool rides. So take advantage of this one. It happens on Saturday July 25, 2020. Gates open at 10am. Please visit the Piston Jammers website to find out what cars and bikes are eligible to participate.

Because of the Coronavirus, Vintage Torque Fest has moved from it Spring dates to 4th of July weekend. Festivities actually begin on Friday, while the car show starts on Saturday morning at 11am until midnight. Then again on Sunday from 8am until about 3pm.
Ladies and Gentlemen. In case you did not notice, we have passed another holiday season. So that means for all you car lovers here in Detroit, our real Christmas is coming. Yep. The 2020 Detroit Autorama is heading our way the weekend of February 28-29 and Sunday March 1st.
There will be many cool rides on both the main level and the lower level. Speedcult will have it’s vending display on both levels again this year. We have the smaller licensed display on the main level, while our big display is on the lower level, where you will find Autorama Extreme.

There are many Thanksgiving traditions like eating turkey and getting together with family and friends. But here’s one you might not have tried: the Daytona Turkey Run. And if you haven’t been to it, you really should check it out.
One of the cool things about it, is, it's held right on the famous Daytona Speedway. You know the one I’m talking about... The one where all those NASCAR buggies whip around and around for 500 miles of fancy racing.
This year’s event takes place starting November 28th and keeps going right through to December 1st. Cars and sunshine, you just can’t beat it. Especially when you see what we have to deal with here in Detroitsville, USA.
So where would you rather be? At your snow covered, cold, cold house, arguing with your family over who get’s the last drum stick; or hanging out in the warm sunshine of Florida, checking out cool rides while you imbibe a brew or two? That’s what I thought.

The James Dean Weekend celebration in Grant County, Indiana is coming, and that means it is time for another Ducktail Run Rod & Custom Show. It’s a big one, with over 2000 cool rides to see.

The Hot Rod Power Tour returns for 2019 and Speedcult plans to join it. Why do they call it the power tour? Well I'll tell you. It's because it's seven shows in seven days in seven different cities in six different states.
This year, the fun happens with the kick off show on Saturday June 8th, and it finishes on friday June 14th. Hope to see you there.

Okay. So the Ramones sang a song about not going into the basement. But they weren’t singing about the Detroit Autorama, because you most definitely want to go in the basement for the Detroit Autorama Extreme. That’s where you will find the big Speedcult display of the metal cutouts you love. It’s also where the Autorama Extreme is happening.
Of course, we will also have a second display on the main floor, but it will be limited to the car logos we cut for Ford, GM and FCA Chrysler.
So don’t forget… The first weekend of March… Come on down to the Cobo Center to check out some cool rides that are works of art in their own right. And don’t forget to go down into the basement to visit Speedcult and the Autorama Extreme.
