The Process

The main body of the opener is cut from mild steel that is about 1/8-inch-thick. The opener is cut from 16 gauge stainless steel, and welded to the main body.

We grind the metal all cool and swirly before it is completely powder coat it with either clear, candy red, candy blue, candy purple, candy green, candy copper or textured black. The candy colors are translucent and allow you to see through the color to the metal surface.
