Woodward is the main thoroughfare of the Detroit Area, running from the Detroit River, Northwest, out towards Pontiac.  For you history buffs, it follows an old Indian trail that was known as the Saginaw Trail.

Woodward is also famous for the Dream Cruise that takes place each August to celebrate cars and their history.
